Refund policy

1. Scope

This policy sets out the terms under which refunds are granted for the Akt service operated by ALTEKK.

2. Free trial

The first 14 days of use are provided free of charge. No payment is collected during the trial period and no credit card is required.

3. Paid subscription

After the trial ends, the subscription is billed monthly or yearly according to the selected plan. Charges are processed by card via Т-Банк Acquiring. The settlement currency is the Russian ruble (RUB).

4. Refund eligibility

A refund may be granted when: (a) the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to ALTEKK; (b) there is a duplicate charge or billing error; (c) the customer cancels on the same day as payment and has not used the service. No pro-rata refund is offered for the unused portion of a subscription in V1.

5. How to request a refund

Refund requests must be sent to billing@altekk.tech with: legal name of the organization, tax ID, Т-Банк payment identifiers (PaymentId and/or OrderId), date and amount of the payment, reason for the refund. Review time: up to 10 business days.

6. Credit timeline

Once approved, the refund is credited to the original payment card within 5 to 10 business days, subject to Т-Банк Acquiring and issuing-bank rules. Refunds to another card or in cash are not supported.

7. Dispute resolution

If the customer disagrees with ALTEKK's decision, they may escalate to the issuing bank (chargeback) or to the competent court at the defendant's place of registration under applicable law.
